Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions
Support employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries, executing employee engagment, and maintaining employee files.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs
Manage employment data entry and ensure accuracy of employee information
Assist with payroll processing, including contract employment, permanent employment and freelancer
Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee training completion
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed
