Project Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the tech industry.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading teams and interacting with clients effectively.

Demonstrated ability to solve problems proactively and make informed decisions under pressure.

**Optional:**

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Background in software development or technical roles.

Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, Development, and Product Management, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget considerations.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
