2-3 years experience in Tourism Industry is a must

Job Responsibilities:
Lead or participate in Travel projects
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various travel destinations, including popular attractions, local customs, culture, and relevant travel regulations
Collaborate with various suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and local tour operators to coordinate and book travel arrangements
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Manage escalated customer cases that require additional attention due to their complexity or sensitivity. You will work closely with other teams or departments within the organization to find appropriate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead and collaborate with a team to develop and implement strategies for delivering exceptional service and define service standards, provide training and guidance, and implement customer service technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
